WEDDINGS

Looking for a Rustic location with tall ceilings, exposed timber, and the open bar you dreamed of? Let us take care of you and make your perfect day come to life.

Perfect for parties up to about 100 and can include tables, consoles, staging, audio & visual equipment. Parties above 100 guests have the option of purchasing an additional section. Let us know if you would like your event to begin before our scheduled hours, a fee may apply.

*One hour of setup and breakdown included for free.
Bookings occurring on on Friday through Sunday will have a $200 weekend rental fee added to total.

Please note that our events team is small (but mighty!). We ask that you allow up to 48 hours for response, especially during the holidays.

 FAQs

  • With a partitioned/ Backroom rental you have access to a limited number of Switches or/and PS5s. The amount depends on your guest count and is up to the discretion of Guildhouse.

    A Great Hall Rental includes all consoles, contact us with your specific needs and we’ll do our best to suit them!

  • We have plenty of board games for use! You may use any available board games - just as you would for a walk-in. You can also bring your own

  • DJ's are only permitted in our Backroom or Great Hall Rental as to not disturb other guests. We do not provide DJs.

    The Backroom and Great Hall has their own projectors and speaker systems for use - if you are comfortable with setup this is free of charge, but if you would like some setup help we can have someone onsite for $50/hour.

  • No outside alcohol is permitted. If you would like to prepurchase drinks for your party please let us know at the time of booking. Great Hall Rentals and larger partial rentals also have the option of purchasing a drink package.

  • Guildhouse does not offer in-house food, so feel free to organize your own catering.  Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to work with an external catering company.

  • We will work with you to create a layout that works best for your event, whether you are looking for more of a dance, dining, theater, or classroom setup.
