Gatherings are reserved areas for groups of up to 80

Partitioned Area

Perfect for parties up to 80, with larger parties having the option of purchasing an additional section. The Partitioned Area is a reserved, semi-private section of our Great Hall.
Our Partitioned Area includes banquet wooden tables and accompanying chairs, up to 2 console stations, and our array of board games.
Outside catering is allowed but there is no cooking onsite, only food drop offs which the client has to receive.

Cannot be booked or reserved more than 6 weeks from Gathering date.

Can accommodate parties with 50 or less guests with lounge and table seating, or up to 80 standing only.
Our Backroom includes: 8 farm tables and accompanying chairs, 6 couches, up to 2 console stations, our array of board games, and a projector with accompanying speakers for audio and visual customization.
We highly encourage bringing your own food. There is no cooking onsite, only food drop offs which the client has to receive.

Cannot be booked or reserved more than 6 weeks from Gathering date.

Extra time for setup and clean up is not included in your rental hours. Total rental time will want to include the time you need to setup if you plan to bring decor or other items.

Only the Backroom has access to custom Audio & Visual. At this time DJs or other musicians are not allowed for any Gathering events due to our new entertainment license. Thank you for understanding.
Outside beverages of any kind, including those intended as gifts or giveaways, are not permitted on the premises without prior written approval from Guildhouse management.
We highly recommend finding outside catering for your event. For Gatherings, there is no cooking onsite, only food drop off.
For the Partition space you will receive 10’ tables with accompanying chairs depending on the size of your rental.
The Backroom is more customizable with a seating setup or cocktail/socializing setup.
