Gatherings are reserved areas for groups of up to 80

Partitioned Area

Perfect for parties up to 80, with larger parties having the option of purchasing an additional section. The Partitioned Area is a reserved, semi-private section of our Great Hall.
Our Partitioned Area includes up to 8 banquet wooden tables and accompanying chairs, 2 - 8’ plastic foldout tables for food, and up to 2 game console stations.
Outside catering is allowed for Partitioned Area and Backroom Gatherings. There is no cooking onsite, only food drop offs which the client has to receive.

Cannot be booked or reserved more than 6 weeks from Gathering date.

*One hour of setup and breakdown included for free.

Can accommodate parties with 50 or less guests with lounge and table seating, or up to 80 standing only.
Our Backroom includes: 8 farm tables and accompanying chairs, up to 2 console stations, our array of board games, and a projector with accompanying speakers for audio and visual customization.
We highly encourage bringing your own food. There is no cooking onsite, only food drop offs which the client has to receive.

With a partitioned/ Backroom rental you have access to a limited number of Switches and PS5s. The amount depends on your guest count and is up to the discretion of Guildhouse.
We have plenty of board games for use with our new checkout counter!
DJ's are only permitted in our Backroom or Great Hall Rental as to not disturb other guests. We do not provide DJs.
No outside alcohol is permitted. If you would like to prepurchase drinks for your party please let us know at the time of booking. Great Hall Rentals and larger partial rentals also have the option of purchasing a drink package.
Guildhouse offers in house catering, but also feel free to organize your own catering with your inquiry. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to work with an external catering company.
