No Refund Policy for Guildhouse Game Tournament Entry

Thank you for choosing Guildhouse as your preferred venue for participating in our exciting game tournaments. We appreciate your enthusiasm for gaming and are committed to providing you with the best tournament experience possible. Before you proceed with your tournament entry, please carefully read and understand our "No Refund Policy" outlined below:

1. Tournament Entry Fees: By registering and paying the designated entry fee for a specific game tournament at Guildhouse, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the tournament.

2. No Refunds: Once the tournament entry fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, any participant's inability to attend the tournament, disqualification due to rule violations, or any other reason beyond Guildhouse's control.

3. Tournament Changes or Cancellations: While we strive to ensure all tournaments take place as scheduled, Guildhouse reserves the right to make changes to the tournament schedule, format, or rules, or cancel a tournament entirely at any time and for any reason. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Guildhouse, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and, if applicable, any entry fees paid for that particular tournament will be refunded.

4. Transfer of Entry: Tournament entries are non-transferable between participants. Once a player has registered for a specific tournament, they cannot transfer their entry to another person.

5. Force Majeure: Guildhouse shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemic, or any other event considered a force majeure.

6. Contact and Communication: It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that they provide accurate and up-to-date contact information during registration. Guildhouse will use this information to communicate tournament-related details, including any changes or updates.

By participating in any game tournament at Guildhouse, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this No Refund Policy and agree to abide by its terms and conditions. Please carefully consider your commitment before registering for any tournament.
